Standard Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, The Royal Lifestyle will look to compensate you for the return shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging to the order fulfillment center address noted on your packing slip. All items accepted for return will be credited to the original credit card or Paypal account you used when purchasing the order. Returns are credited within 5 to 10 days after the order fulfillment center closes the Return. The refund will be for the full value of the items returned. Unless otherwise noted,  shipping fees will not be refunded. To get started with a Return, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you can return your package. You can obtain a Return Number by logging into your account with your email address and password you created during checkout. Once in your account, click on the order and follow the screens to create a return. Please note that you can only create a Return for an order once it has been marked as Shipped.
